Natasha began her career with PrimeCare in 1994, serving as a caregiver and receptionist. She transitioned away from healthcare for several years and joined BellSouth/ATT as a customer service specialist in 2000, focusing on sales, retention and customer satisfaction. It was from this training from BellSouth/ATT that Natasha began her career focus on customer service and satisfaction. In 2008, Natasha returned to PrimeCare as the Client Services Coordinator. While serving as Client Services Coordinator, she worked intimately with Staffing and Human Resources and earned a promotion to Assistant Administrator. She was then promoted to Chief Operating Officer in 2014.
Serving as Chief Operating Officer, Natasha is responsible for implementing daily operation strategies that align with PrimeCare’s mission and goals. She earned her Georgia Nurse Aide Certification in 2012 to be able to better connect with clients and employees. At times, she works in the field as a caregiver and this perspective assists her in ensuring that PrimeCare’s vision and goals are being met. She attended Georgia Highlands College to pursue a degree in business, which allows her to expand her focus to other areas of the business.
