About Linda
Linda opened PrimeCare in 1993 with her husband James Fuqua. James had been working in the home care industry for another company and felt that the Coosa Valley area needed more options for senior care. While her husband operated the business, Linda worked as the business manager for Rehab Associates located within Redmond Regional Medical Center. She remained with the physical therapy company for 10 years before beginning her tenure at PrimeCare. When Linda began working for PrimeCare in 2004, she worked in Human Resources and later transitioned to Administrative Assistant. After the passing of her husband in 2016, Linda became the Chief Executive Officer and primary owner of PrimeCare.
Serving as Chief Executive Officer, Linda is responsible for all operations. She works intimately with the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer to ensure business expectations are met. She earned a diploma in Business and Office Technology from Georgia Northwestern Technical College in 2001. Linda’s previous experience owning multiple businesses with her husband has afforded her invaluable experience. Her compassion for seniors fuels her desire to continue the vision for PrimeCare that was set by her and her husband James 25 years earlier.
